Addison junk removal FAQ
Straight answers for 75001. The load card and the parking notes do not change because the domain is exact-match.
How much does junk removal cost in Addison, TX?
From $150 for a minimum or single item to $770 for a full 14-yard trailer. We lock one number on site from the published load card. Photos do not set the invoice. Extra miles from our Garland yard, if any, are shown before we book.
Are you based in Addison?
The website is Addison Junk Removal. The truck is a Garland crew — Jolly Goat Junk — on the west edge of a 15-mile included radius. Some 75001 pins include. Some pick up extra miles. We tell you which before we book.
Do you work Addison Circle apartments?
Yes, with parking, elevator, and COI notes in the first text. We do not leave a dumpster in the Circle overnight.
Is the website price the final bill?
The card is the card. We lock your number on site before we load. Photos do not set the invoice.
What will you not take?
Wet paint, fuels, solvents, household chemicals, explosives, medical waste, and refrigerators still charged with refrigerant. Food waste and grease from Belt Line kitchens are not our product.
Can you work Addison Circle apartments?
Yes, with parking and elevator notes. Garage height, visitor passes, and COI requests belong in the first text.
Do you leave a dumpster at the Circle?
No. We run a 14-yard dump trailer, load, and leave. Nothing sits overnight on a plaza.
What does a one-bedroom turn cost?
Often the $150 minimum or a quarter load if the patio and closets came too. Stairs can add. Photos of the unit and the path are enough to range it.
Do you haul from Belt Line restaurant spaces?
Furniture, dry junk, and broken equipment yes. Food waste, grease, and wet kitchen barrels no. Send a photo of the actual pile.
When should we book Belt Line?
Morning. Dinner service and weekend events make standing a trailer a fight we do not need.
Do you need a COI for the building?
If the office asks, say so in the first text. We would rather send it than surprise a gate guard.
Can you do same-day apartment turns?
When the calendar has a window and parking is honest. Morning is the product. We will say if today is real.
Do you do warehouse clear-outs?
Not the pallet-jack kind. Suite furniture and a broken copier yes. A dock appointment and a building full of racking, no.
Are Quorum pins inside 15 miles?
Often the edge. We check the address and show extra miles, if any, before we book.
Is one sofa the minimum?
Usually $150 if we can walk it. A sectional plus a dining set is more volume. Photos with a door in the frame range it.
Do you take box springs too?
Yes. Mattress, box spring, and a metal frame are a normal Addison minimum if we can walk them.
Will you take a fridge?
Yes once refrigerant is recovered if it still has charge. We will tell you which side of that line you are on from a photo and a model note.
Do Addison jobs fill a 14-yard trailer?
Sometimes. More often they are minimums and quarters. We still show up. Full trailer is $770 when the pile is that pile.
Do you sort heirlooms?
We load what you point at. Set aside what stays. We are a trailer, not an estate sale company.
Is same-day guaranteed in Addison?
No. It is a window when the board has one. Call if it has to be today. The public number is a placeholder until the live DFW line is pasted.
Book a window. We bid on site.
Load bands live on the pricing page. The number on the sidewalk is the one we lock before we load.
