Addison bulk trash vs hiring a junk trailer

City programs have calendars. A mattress on a landing is a today problem.

Addison residents use bulk collection when the item is legal, the date is soon, and they can get it to the curb. That is the right first call for a single allowed item on the city’s schedule. It is the wrong call for a mixed Circle apartment — sofa, mattress, patio grill, landlord leftover — on a Friday lease-end.

HOAs and mid-rises often will not host a pile at the curb for a week. A 14-yard trailer that loads and leaves is the product. We do not sit overnight. We do not compete with the city’s program on a single chair that can wait. We take the mixed garage, the corporate turn, the office suite, the pile that cannot wait for a request day.

Hazardous paint and chemicals are a no for both of us. Charged refrigerant appliances need recovery. Food waste on Belt Line is not junk removal. The published card is still $150 minimum, $770 full trailer. Extra miles from Garland, if any, sit on top.

If the city date works, use it. If the building wants the unit empty tomorrow, book a visit or call (972) 555-0148.

Book a window. We bid on site.

Load bands live on the pricing page. The number on the sidewalk is the one we lock before we load.
